
Landrá “Drá” White II became Healthy Visions’ 2nd ever Executive Director in July 2024. Drá began working with the Healthy Visions’ mission in 2014 with a desire to mentor local teenage youth. Drá has served many roles in the organization including Program Facilitator, Facilitator Trainer, Scheduler, Community Engagement Coordinator, Grants Manager, Facilitator Manager, Program Director, and Assistant Executive Director.
Drá started as a Program Facilitator and has over 10,000 hours of youth facilitation experience. He has extensive experience with leading state and federally funded youth programs. He is a team building leader that seeks to aid and gather support around youth serving professionals and organizations. Working to identify and implement improved strategies that best serve our teenage youth population in the information technology age of the 21st century is a passion. As a result of this passion, Drá has presented at the national conference for the Family and Youth Services Bureau a division of Health and Human Services. He has worked as a field expert in Washington D.C. on youth curriculum modules. He has collaborated with national youth curricula developers and national research and evaluators. Locally, he has developed partnerships with numerous schools and community organizations. He participates in awareness and fund-raising events for Cancer Free Kids, serves in leadership at his local church, and conducts monthly weeklong seminars at the Hamilton County Youth Detention Center.
Drá, a local of Cincinnati, is a Cincinnati Public School Graduate of Withrow University High School. For college he attended Miami University (OH), where he studied American-Studies and was active a community leader on campus. His passion for knowledge, love of learning and desire for the application of best practices has led him in seeking and obtaining ongoing trainings and/or certifications year-round in the areas of Prevention, Mental Health, Trauma Sensitive Practices, Strengths-Based Approaches, Adolescent Brain Development, Resiliency, and Ethics. During his time away from community work, Drá is watching soccer, dining, reading, taking family trips, enjoying his marriage to his wife of many years, and raising his two sons.

advocacy, and nonprofit innovation. With over four decades of service, she has
transformed lives locally, nationally, and globally through education, leadership, and
policy engagement.

Program and Facilitator Manager
Bryan's career has been dedicated to empowering others, from igniting student passion in high school to creating impactful media programs. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to found Hatcher Studios and Untapped Clothing, and now he uses his experience through Architek Studios to help others initiate effective mentorship programs, social enterprises, and even virtual internships. His passion for progress extends beyond business, streamlining processes to benefit organizations like the University of Cincinnati African American Cultural & Resource Center, Cincinnati Youth Collaborative and the Krohn Conservatory. Bryan's creativity, communication, and love of learning make him a force for positive change.

Kelly Venturini
Assistant Program Coordinator
Kelly Venturini joined Healthy Visions in 2023 as a Program Facilitator before serving as Executive Assistant. She now works as Assistant Program Coordinator with the Y.E.S. Program.
Kelly has dedicated much of her life to serving local youth in a variety of roles and settings. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Religion with a minor in Counseling from Liberty University in 2014 and is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity at the Methodist Theological School in Ohio. Kelly is passionate about listening to others’ stories, amplifying their voices, and empowering them through intentional love.
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her three children, exploring the outdoors, trying new foods, and finding joy in laughter and learning.

Adam Simmons stepped into his first role with HV in 2016, as a Youth Serving Professional. Through his service and dedication, Adam has fulfilled various roles within the HV organization. Currently, he is the Senior Program Facilitator and Special Projects Assistant.
Adam, a local of Cincinnati, studied Early Childhood Education at Cincinnati State Technical Community College. Through his studies, he discovered his passion to teach and equip the younger generations in shaping their futures for the better. Adam has acquired certifications in SRAE (Sexual Risk Avoidance Education) curriculums and has earned numerous hours of CEUs including the Ohio Certified Prevention Specialist Assistant Certification, Trauma Competent Care, and Mental Health First Aid.
At home, Adam and his wife Olivia enjoy spending time with their family and friends and share a great love for their dog, Juniper. Adam enjoys listening to vintage records, playing board games, and all outdoor activities. He also has a passion for music which he lives out through being a member of a local band.

Eva Kiper became a part of the HV family in 2023 through her role as Program Facilitator.
She received her bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education from Morehead State University. Eva then became a student teacher through the Rowan County and Campbell County High Schools, in Kentucky, teaching Social Studies/History and she currently is a youth soccer coach at Cincinnati United.
Eva loves catching movies at the local theater, playing/coaching soccer and spending time with her family.

Seth Long became a member of the HV team in 2019 and has served HV through various capacities, such as, Administrator, Scheduler, and has assisted with the data collection process. Seth has since transitioned into the Program Facilitator role within the classroom.
Seth, a Cincinnati native enjoys participating in an array of different activities, especially those in an outdoor setting. His family and friends are very important to him and a huge part of his life. Seth believes that everyone has their own unique story worth telling and would love to hear it when given the chance.

Chris Santiago
Program Facilitator
Christopher Santiago became a part of the HV family in 2025 through his role as a Program Facilitator. He served four years in the United States Navy, where he was recognized as Bluejacket of the Quarter twice and Bluejacket of the Year once. Christopher has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity and led a Sea Cadets program for a year, furthering his passion for service and leadership. Over the past two years, he has supported youth with autism in their transition back to school as well as working in residential care, helping kids manage behavioral health challenges and successfully returning home. Christopher loves going to the movie theatre, playing chess, and going to any sort of trivia!

DeWhittney Barnes
Program Facilitator
DeWhittney Barnes graduated with a Bachelor of Science from THE Ohio State University. DeWhittney majored in Human Development and Family Science with a specialization of At Risk Youth. In her undergraduate career, DeWhittney was a pre law student! Upon graduating DeWhittney spent 3 years working in the justice system with juveniles and adults! She realized that she wanted to better help youth while they were in schools! Once she transitioned to working with youth in schools, she has worked as a specialist and a teacher. For DeWhittney it’s important for her to help the youth grow and thrive in life! Let your light shine!
Fun fact about DeWhittney- she has played over 8 sports in her lifetime & loves sports of all kind! One of her favorite sports is volleyball! With over 10years of experience with youth DeWhittney is now apart of Healthy Visions!

Katherine has been volunteering and working with high school aged students for 14 years through mentoring, organizing and facilitating after school clubs, and coaching sports. She is also the head women’s soccer coach for Dater and Western Hills’ joint team. Katherine’s favorite thing about working with students is watching them grow and flourish into thriving young adults.
Outside of work Katherine enjoys spending time in nature with her dogs and her husband, supporting small businesses, reading, and gardening.
